If additional time is needed it must be requested no less than 72 hours in advance by using the Additional Time Request Booking feature. *Photoshoot booking is for 2 hours minimum and can be requested with the Additional Time Booking Request! *All bookings are subject to NYS Sales Tax which is included. Rental Agreement: All furnishings are the responsibility of the renter. If damaged, the renter agrees to pay the $500 replacement fee. The renter is also responsible for the items whereabouts, meaning that if the item is lost or unavailable at pick up the same $500 fee is applicable. NOTE TO PARTY PLANNERS AND DECORATORS: If you are booking for a client please understand that the liability falls on the renter and you will be subject to any damage charges if necessary. We advise that you have the client book for themselves.
