RENTAL TERMS OF SERVICE

Booking

*All event bookings have a 4 hour duration window with a 55 minute buffer for set up and break down. If additional time is needed it must be requested no less than 72 hours in advance by using the Additional Time Request Booking feature.

*If additional time is needed for your initial booking please indicate the date and time of your already approved session in the check out.

*For photoshoots - please note that this service is for a 2 hour session with no buffer time. If more time is need you will need to purchase the regular booking for the item you wish to use, (Two or more additional time requests will not be granted for the same item for the same customer within 24 hours of booking). Please indicate which piece you would like to book at the check out.

*All booking are subject to NYS Sales Tax (included).

Rental Agreement

All furnishings are the responsibility of the renter. If damaged, the renter agrees to pay the $500 replacement fee. The renter is also responsible for the items whereabouts, meaning that if the item is lost or unavailable at pick up the same $500 fee is applicable.

Damages include but are not limited to: significant rips or tears in fabric, fabric stains, severed or broken pieces. 

If charged renter will be subject to pay the damage/replacement cost via cash, or check or money order made payable to Izrael's House LLC.

Photo Release

* All furnishings are subject to being photographed in the event setting, by a member of Izrael's House, upon delivery. This is to ensure the item was delivered in good condition and for social media purposes.

*Any decor that is captured in the acquired photo will always be credited to the event planner/decorator at their request.

Liability

*All furnishings are the responsibility of the renter.

*NOTE TO PARTY PLANNERS AND DECORATORS: If you are booking for a client please understand that the liability falls on the renter and you will be subject to any damage charges if necessary. We advise that you have the client book for themselves.

Refund Policy

Rental Services:

Izrael's House LLC upholds the following no refund policy.

  • No refunds will be available if cancellation is less than one week from event date.

  • 50% refund may be available if cancellation occurs more than one week from event date.

  • Reschedules may be granted as long as the booked item is available for the new date of service.

Reschedules and cancellations must be requested by sending an email to admin@izraelshouse.com.

Event Decor Services:

Payment Options:  

  • Half/Half Payment - The first portion would be due 6 weeks from the event date if applicable; and the second portion on or before 3 weeks from the event date.   

  • Full payment (one payment) can be made 4 weeks from the event date.   

  • If splitting the payment the final payment must be made 3 weeks prior to the event or the date may be released.    

Reschedules and Cancellations:  

  • If you reschedule after your first payment is made the balance would simply transfer to the new date.  

  • If the event is canceled a refund depends on the day it was canceled. More than 2 weeks from event date 75% of the total amount(s) paid will be refunded. Less than 2 weeks from the event date 50% will be refunded.

Payment Methods

Izrael’s House LLC will only honor payments made in the following methods: Cash, Money Order, or Credit/Debit Card.

No money transfer services will be accepted.
